1-on-1 Personal Training

Get one-on-one instruction and a training program tailored specifically to your personal goals.

A detailed consultation, combined with a physical assessment, will kick-start our collaboration on your fitness journey.

Ongoing assessments and tracking will help to monitor your progress effectively target your areas of weakness and correct any imbalances as you work towards your personal fitness goals.

 

 
Remote Personal Training

Remote Personal Training

*Applies only to Strength Training.

Suitable for semi-autonomous individuals with prior training experience, or those confident of training independently. The initial consultation and assessment will be done in person.

Following that, individuals are given training programs customised to fit their goals and limitations.

Bi-weekly and monthly check-ins will be scheduled to ensure program relevance and client accountability.

Remote PT can also be combined with 1-on-1 PT or Small Group PT to help manage training costs.

 

 

Private Yoga

A mindful practice incorporating elements of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Myofascial Release techiques. These sessions can be conducted 1-on-1 or in a small group (e.g. couples, families etc) in the comfort of your home or even outdoors.

 

 
Pre & Post Natal Yoga for Women

Prenatal & Post-partum

Find ease, lightness, and strength throughout the different trimesters of your pregnancy with a mindful yoga practice. These classes provide a holistic approach to trimester-specific asanas.

A prenatal practice can also involve light to moderate resistance training as you prepare yourself physically and mentally for a transformative life experience, that is childbirth.

In the post-partum phase, find support as you reconnect with your breath and your body safely through yoga and safe abdominal toning and core work.

    This initial in-person assessment will allow me to understand your baseline mobility, movement patterns, core strength, and aerobic capacity.

    As your coach, the test results combined with detailed discussions on your current lifestyle and future goals will allow me to design a customised program for you!

  • 3 | Build A Training Plan

    Once we have a sound idea of your capabilities and goals, a training schedule that suits your lifestyle will be created and ready to go!
