About Shu Ting.
I am a yoga instructor and personal trainer, based in Singapore. I have been teaching yoga since 2013, and providing strength training for individual clients since early 2020. My personal yoga and fitness journey is motivated by my intention to move well, eat well, travel, and to live fully and independently into old age. I hope to inspire and empower people to take charge of their personal well-being and fitness in a safe and sustainable way.
